LOAF EST., was established in the year 1979 with
a capital investment of Dh. 40 million. At the very
outset we take this opportunity to introduce ourselves
as one of the pioneer bakeries in the U.A.E. producing
an extensive range of quality bread & confectionery
products. Our range includes specialty breads like
Arabic & European, a wide range of confectionery
items, pastries, rusks, biscuits & sweets (both
Arabic & Indian), to mention just a few. Our
products are noted for their superior quality as
they are processed under the watchful eyes of qualified
and competent food technologists, bakers and confectioners
ensuring that all health & hygiene requirements
are met with.
It gives us great pleasure to convey to our valuable
customers that we are the first Establishment of
its kind in the United Arab Emirates to achieve
the concrete recognition of the International Organization
for Standardization (ISO 9001:2008) and Codex Alimentarious
Commission guidelines for the application of Hazard
Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system.

bakery is well equipped with advanced German machinery and
we have acquired wide knowledge and experience from top
experts in the baking industry from both Europe and other
Western countries. We have 300 dedicated and disciplined
staff working under highly professional management and supervision,
catering to the needs of a multinational/multiracial society,
and we corroborate this by providing the highest standard
of products and services. We have an extensive distribution
network with a fleet of vehicles (bakery vans) that cover
Dubai, Sharjah and all the other Northern Emirates. The
rest of the country is covered by the vehicles of our sister
concern M/S Golden Spike & Wheat Est., Mussafah, Abu
Dhabi.
